INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT
Job Posting for INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT at Ignite Fueling Innovation
Ignite is currently recruiting for a Integration Support candidate supporting International Space Station (ISS) team in Houston, TX. The candidate will perform a variety of assignments to enable successful development and maintenance of hardware support products. Candidate will provide administrative support to Repair Project Managers and Procurement focals for organizational and ISS program requirements and needs.
This position will be full-time, within a long-term contract and is expected to be 100% onsite.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage, coordinate and analyze inputs for reports and data products
- Provide planning, coordination and facilitation support for projects and reviews, presentations, team workspace, and other ad hoc projects and tasks
- Collaborate with teams to ensure content of databases are current and relevant.
- Assist project managers and cross-functional teams with project closeout activities
- Perform project related research and analysis
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong analytical skills, solid time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with Excel and the full suite of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with MRP systems is a plus
- Proactive, self-starter with initiative to recognize and respond to needs while effectively and efficiently prioritizing multiple tasks
- Take direction and work effectively both independently and cooperatively in a team environment, maintaining focus and professional disposition within a dynamic, challenging work environment
- Ability to make critical decisions, maintain thorough records of activities, and keep leadership fully briefed on current issues
- Strong communication skills to effectively direct others, both inside and outside the organization
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 0-5 years of related experience. Specific experience associated with the space industry or International Space Station is not required.
