Responsibilities:
Deductions & Trade Management:- Data Precision: Ensure accuracy in deduction balances & reconciliation side.
- Strategic Insight: Actively participate in internal sales meetings and broker interactions to gain a deep understanding of trade agreements, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Derive insights from researching, analyzing, and offsetting all deductions into planned events and/or GL accounts, while identifying invalid deductions to dispute, track and report against. Proactively work with Sales, Cops & Logistics to minimize risk across accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Oversee and collaborate with Accounts Receivable team to ensure all transactions and documentation is accounted for and properly posted.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Operations, and logistics team to support validation & recovery process for deductions taken.
- Empower yourself and teams with actionable insights derived from data and leverage that to reduce the overall impact on the business.
- Support the Sr. Manager derive drivers of customer variances from plans.

Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in accounting, business, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred 2-3 years of high-volume deduction management experience or some accounting experience within CPG.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively with multiple systems.
- Vividly or other Trade promotion management system experience a plus.
- Highly organized, analytical and detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Work is performed inside a temperature-controlled office building with open floor plan. This job operates in a professional office environment with a business casual dress code. This role will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
