Position Overview
Do you pride yourself on proactive thinking and immediate execution for unanticipated circumstances? Are you a Personal Anticipator? That is our definition of an assistant. We are seeking a hardworking, and professional assistant to support our Regional Manager, both in the office and on the road, as travel is necessary for our business.
The right person is willing to roll up their sleeves and pitch in wherever needed (without having to be asked) and is fulfilled by being a crucial part of the retail team, regardless of what level it may be. Being resourceful is a MUST; we need someone who can think, talk and negotiate their way towards our outcomes and go above and beyond. This is not your typical 9-5 position, there can be the occasional schedule changes and unanticipated longer days. Because it is not a traditional office job, you must be adaptable and flexible, always able to smile in the face of constant demands and change.

Job Functions

- Promote an environment and culture that is focused on positive and healthy interactions that align with the Company’s core values.
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Regional Manager or other assigned leadership staff.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of Managers, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Draft email correspondence.
- Help with daily time management.
- Organize and coordinate meetings.

- To ensure the efficient handling of secretarial works and other assignments including confidential matter.
- Travel as needed to conduct observations of stores or support with fulfilling shifts.
- Run errands as requested.
- Maintain the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- 1-2 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant /Secretary is preferred.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and comfortability with various software and databases.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Has a drivers license and is able to travel.
- Comfortable working variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be able to be on call to respond to the needs of the store.
Schedule
- Open availability is highly preferred; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
