JOB SUMMARY:

We're seeking a responsible Inventory Associate to assist the inventory team with daily functions that will support many facets of the company. As part of the inventory team, you will make sure the front stock is always replenished and stocked for our pickers and packers. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking and organizational skills, as you will deal with a high volume of merchandise. To be successful in this role, you will need to be punctual, organized, meticulous, flexible, open to change, proficient in time management and computer savvy. This is a full-time hourly position.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run cycle counts often.
• Make sure inventory numbers are correct.
• Help problem solve when quantity count at hand is incorrect.
• METRC, Odoo experience is a plus.
• Intake inbound products from manufacturing that arrive daily.
• Intake pallets and count each pallet while cross referencing invoice.
• Stock the products in its designated backstock location
• Maintain warehouse clean and assure every aisle is attended too.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Fast-learner and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively and ask for assistance when needed.
• Knowledge and practical experience with inventory management procedures
• Effective multitasking and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication in English (reading, writing, and verbal)
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work-related experience; preferred.
• Hands-on experience with inventory and logistics software programs
• Experience in a legal cannabis market highly; preferred.
• State Law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over.

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
