Overview
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support the delivery teams in the transition to Agile ways of working. You will coach, mentor and guide our delivery tams to figure out the best Agile approach for their specific challenges. You will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the different teams, helping them to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.

Responsibilities
- Coaching agile teams and program level roles at varying levels of maturity (DevOps, Scrum and Kanban teams) to ensure they are using agile best practice and continually improving.
- Teaching teams to maintain relevant metrics that guide them to continuously improve and provide management visibility on the status and delivery successes
- Training sessions to support the teams and program level roles in their knowledge, implementation and engagement with the agile mindset
- Supporting the ongoing development of the agile implementation roadmap and driving a stronger and deeper agile culture in the delivery teams
- Collaborating with the wider Agile and Change communities to support agile maturity and resolving business challenges
- Supporting new teams in the transition to agile ways of working
Qualifications
- Professional Scrum Master Qualification: (Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or SSM) or Kanban Management Professional (KMP)).
- 3 years of experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
- Advanced qualification or willingness to work towards is desirable.
- A certification in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Professional coaching experience is essential. Certification is desirable
- Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience of a broad range of agile topics, tools and techniques (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe)
- Significant Agile/Lean knowledge with Demonstrable coaching experience
- An expert of Knowledge in Scrum and/or other Agile Method (including continuous integration and continuous delivery)
- Experience of working and leading across multiple agile teams, with knowledge and experience of working at scale in technology organizations
- Excellent facilitation, mentoring and presentation skills
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels
- Strong knowledge of agile tools and software e.g. Jira, Confluence and MS tools.
- Good understanding of agile practices (e.g. CI, TDD, Pairing etc) and able to facilitate, understand, and contribute to technical discussions.
