Overview
Responsible for the activities related to acquisition, operation, and disposition of fleet vehicles. Implements procedures to meet required codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the operation of fleet in the field. Including Parking Tickets/Toll Replenishment/ Vehicle Inspections, toll and gas use monitoring
- Maintains all personnel vehicle files and ensures policy compliance
- Conducts internal investigations for Motor Vehicle Accidents.
- Maintains records of all Fleet accidents and corresponds with the insurance company.
- Point of Contact for security.
- Assist inside Operations group on an as needed basis.
- Warehouse Back-up – Support the Material Handler when needed with receiving deliveries, picking and packing orders, assist sales reps with orders and merchandising material.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School degree or equivalent
Experience:
- 2 - 4 years of related experience is required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Other Qualifications:
- Good driving record is required
