Job Description
Must be able to perform all QA- In Process Inspector III duties at an advanced level in addition to the Quality Tech III responsibilities. Supports the Quality Inspection personnel who perform the pulling and wiping of firmware/software to ensure the accuracy of material related to SCA deliveries. Focuses on delivering quality product to customers on time, improving processes, and the resolution of issues related to SCA deliveries. This position works cross-functionally with Global Order Management (GOM), Compliance, Software Duplication Center (SDC), and Parts Distribution Center (PDC) to resolve delivery related issues prior to scheduled delivery dates.
- Perform final audit of regulated firmware/hardware prior to shipment to customer or regulatory agency.
- Perform regulatory compliance tasks of pulling, packaging, and shipment of firmware and regulated devices.
- Prepare audit plans/schedules and understand the specific issues to be evaluated.
- Responsible for maintaining the necessary pace to support the manufacturing, quality, and shipping processes.
- Execute internal audits within established quality controls to ensure compliance with in-house and external specifications and standards (i.e., regulatory compliance agencies and unique customer requirements).
Specific Accountabilities
- Willing to accept change in the dynamically changing IGT production environment
- Follow the company’s code of conduct and provide an example to area employees.
- Monitor compliance with established policies and procedures within the area. This includes all process instructions, ISO documents, Safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and utilizes MOC for informational/reporting purposes.
- Create and monitor JIRA cases and expedite to appropriate areas for issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High School and GED preferred.
- Typically has 2 to 5 years of increasingly complex IGT manufacturing experience with Quality Inspection
- 3 years SAP functional experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Control Board gaming card.
- Ability to communicate efficiently, written, and oral in a group or presentation setting.
