What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Tech (1212) position at IH Services?
IH Services, Inc, the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of floor maintenance techs-Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate.
If you have experience with waxing or buffing please apply.
Duties include:
- Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
- General carpet cleaning and extraction
- Other cleaning duties as needed
Hours:
7:00 am - 3:00 pm with some night shifts possible
Monday - Friday
Pay Rate:
$12.00 per hour
Must pass drug screen and background check
