A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD EXPEDITOR / EXPO / TO-GO SPECIALIST
As an Expeditor / Expo / To-Go Specialist, you create a great experience for customers in the restaurant and for customers who are looking to take our delicious food home. You put together online and 3rd party delivery orders for guests and as needed, you run food to guests. You are essential to our operations by ensuring all orders are fulfilled and accurately distributed. Some of your other duties include handling cash, seating guests, and taking care of curbside delivery orders. Using your excellent customer service skills, you build lasting impressions and encourage return customers. Every shift, you make sure to use your excellent knowledge of our menu, strong customer service skills, and optimistic attitude to provide the best to-go services possible. You feel good about getting our delicious food to customers on time!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FOOD EXPEDITOR / EXPO / TO-GO SPECIALIST
- Experience with computers
