Restaurant Host/Hostess

Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and promptly seat guests with cheerfulness and courtesy.
• Open doors for arriving and departing guests, catering to their special needs.
• Manage the Wait List during peak hours to ensure smooth seating flow.
• Provide assistance to Servers as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for a pleasant dining environment.
• Answer phone calls and handle To-Go Orders efficiently.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write.
• Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.
