IIG Wireless Sales Expert Job Description

Sales Expert works as part of the retail team to bring the Metro by T-Mobile brand to life. We want our Sales Associate to live and breathe Metro by T-Mobile! You pride yourself in being a brand ambassador, a go getter filled with excitement and energy to sell our products and services. IIG Wireless Sales Experts strive for a connection with our customers and are always on the lookout for new customers! They are technology Savvy and continually build their skills, they know how to provide great customer service in services we offer, to make the customers and retail experience great! They know how to jump into meaningful connections and conversations with customers with the expertise to uncover customer needs, have a passion to educate customers, as well as demonstrate and recommend devices and service solutions. This role is always willing to improve their skills and has a willingness to learn and be the best IIG Wireless Sales Expert.

The kind of responsibilities and job tasks you will do.

Builds excellence in selling and serving our customers, while extending the best customer experience while building customer loyalty by:

  • Exploring customer needs and provide hands on demonstrations of our greatest and latest technology in the store.
  • Helping customers on their shopping excursion, through in-store customer care and by providing meaningful conversation over the phone.
  • Side-by-side Selling finding the right personalized solutions beyond the bare minimum device/service plans that keep our customers connected to the world, their lifestyles, and the people they love, including all sorts of (IOT) Internet of Things devices, and accessories.
  • Guides customers in their purchasing experience through their various questions that they may have, providing them with informative answers and sharing your expertise.
  • Knowing how to finesse sales and service needs with compassion, patience, and honesty.

Becomes skilled with continually leverages digital tools for demonstrations, interactions, to equip and demonstrate:

  • How our expanding services and coverage stand out in our customers neighborhood, providing them with bolt lighting speed LTE network!
  • Why Metro by T-Mobile services and plans ROCK! Providing live unlimited, stay connected and go further plans.
  • Revamping how wireless is done, to the specs of the device, account inspection, and reviewing and troubleshooting.
  • Completes training on Metro by T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and procedures, knowledge of systems and can reference resources.
  • Strives to make the most of their time during their shift consistently seeking out info from customers, learning the latest and greatest innovations in wireless and technology, while providing a safe and clean environment for our team and customers.
  • Providing high levels of customer satisfaction, is the excellence of your sales service.
  • Evaluating customer needs ability to multitask and cross sell.
  • Capability to operate cash register and balance drawers.
  • Team Driven and helps meet store selling quotas.
  • Comply with inventory and control procedures.
  • Loves Marketing and will participate in: Passing out Flyers, working on shakers, door to door promotions outside of the stores and shopping center.
  • Helps to clean and keep the store looking fabulous, so it is safe for you and our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Passionate customer service Sales Associate with a strong passion to connect with and have fun with our customers!
  • Competitive drive and confidence to excel and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to be a part of our game changing Metro by T-Mobile Store.
  • Capability to work with others and alongside of peers and store leaders, learning and sharing our best practices, while serving and providing excellent customer service, and solutions to issues that arise.
  • Capabilities to balance customer experience and performance goals.
  • Bilingual-English/Spanish is a plus.
  • 6 months of customer service experience/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to move and lift up to 25lbs weight objects.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.'
