Administrative Assistant to CEO

Provides administrative support and reports directly to CEO. Works with managing projects, office activities, Word documents, and Excel forms. The core role of this position is to provide administrative and clerical duties. Strong grasp of Word and Excel is required for this position
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexibility)
Work Location: On-site

Job Description:
· Plans, directs and coordinates projects and activities
· Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve
· Ensures accuracy in documentation and data
· Organizes and Maintains records
· Interaction with both internal and external managers and partners
· Assists CEO with Excel documents
· Creates and maintains files from multiple sources
· Front office duties/coordination and execution
Experience/Skills
· Experience in supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
· Distribution/Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
· Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
· The ability to interact with all levels of staff in a fast pace, high energy environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient in maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
· Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks while using good judgement
