Job Description:
An administrative assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of an office or organization. They provide support to executives, managers, and other employees by performing various clerical and administrative tasks
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Coordinate and support various projects, including research, data collection, and analysis.
- Handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, and place orders when necessary.
- Liaise with internal staff, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing.
- Assist in organizing company events, such as conferences, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential documents.
- Stay updated on office policies, procedures, and relevant industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Climate-controlled facility.
Payrate: $20
Shift: Monday– Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
