The position is assembling articles of clothing, selecting and packing products to be shipped onto trucks. Responsibilities:

1.De-gas the molds(Once the inserts are pumped with air, the employee has to get the excess air out of the mold)

2. Stack/unstack the molds

Qualifications:

Ability to work on a regular and reliable basis.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with excellent time management.

Excellent interpersonal skills must maintain a positive attitude and the ability to motivate team members.

This position requires a high level of critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, data analysis, and understanding of quality/manufacturing standards and customer requirements.
