**Duties:**
- Manage a busy schedule, ensuring efficient and timely completion of eyelash extension services.
- Provide high-quality eyelash extension services, including individual lash application and fill-in appointments.
- Utilize advanced techniques and products to create custom eyelash designs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and offer product demos to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict sanitation standards.
- Perform hair threading and straight razor services as needed.
- Operate salon software, to manage client appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all clients.
- Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Must have experience with eyelash extensions and be familiar with various techniques and products.
- Strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
