JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSBILITIES

• 7-10 years of experience in leading Oracle Cloud Technical activities including Data Conversion, Report Development, unit testing, and cutover activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations (GL, AR, AP, PO, FA, Expenses, etc.)
• Provide level of effort and status updates to the manager for all development activities and ensure the development team (internal & implementation partner) deliver as per schedules.
• Experience with data extractions from source systems using scripts (e.g. SQL/PL SQL), identify data transformational needs, perform data scrubbing, data mapping to destination systems using established Oracle Cloud templates/tools (e.g FBDI, etc.).
• Actively identify, document, track, and report risks and issues related to assigned technical scope of work for data conversion and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal/external resources to come up with a sound technical design as per best practices and established technology standards.
• Work with functional leads to ensure the technical solution meets functional requirements/design.
• Ensure that the assigned deliverables are completed with established quality standards.
• Provide hands on implementation and post implementation support utilizing established software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation templates/tools.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure user satisfaction.
• Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building.
• Maintain RAID Log and RICE Trackers and provide detailed status with recommendations.
• Evaluate, plan, and provide patch testing support (unit testing, regression testing, etc,) as per schedules and identify & fix issues.
• Extensive experience in Opening Oracle SRs and working with Oracle to get data fixes, patches, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFATIONS

• 7-10 years of experience working on implementation, support, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP products with emphasis on Data Conversions and Report Development.
• 4 years of experience in a technical lead role in at least TWO Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. Any experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications would be a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud OIC, REST APIs
• Extensive experience with BI Publisher, BICC, FBDI, OTBI, and SQL/PLSQL
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and presentation experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a project team
