What you'll be doing day to day
Youll be building a customer-centric culture by gathering customer feedback and providing insights to provide a simple, seamless and rewarding end-to-end journey for IKEA customers.
Using data from the customer feedback tool to inform and educate the retail store team on the experiences of customers at each touchpoint.
Providing customer insights & feedback around strengths, opportunities and following up on improvement action plans.
Supporting IKEA events such as customer workshops, co-worker engagement activities and community outreach.
Integrating customer insight and feedback into key decision-making processes.
Presenting learnings and insights at store meetings and forums.

The pay range for this role is $19.19 to $27.29

2 years of experience working with multichannel customer journeys and customer support
Previous retail experience
Experience analyzing, planning and measuring performance
