Job Description

We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage our client projects from initiation through to completion. This Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the overall outcome and delivery of projects. The Technical Project Manager will not only own and drive relationships, but also manage platform implementations to ensure projects are on time, of the highest quality, and within budget. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, as well as the fostering of long-term client relationships.

Role

  • Serve as primary point of contact working closely with Customer project sponsor and stakeholders in defining goals and success
  • Manage cross functional teams responsible for delivery implementations, meeting customer objectives on time and within budget
  • Conduct scoping workshops to define Customer objectives, use cases, measurement criteria.
  • Support drafting of Services Statement of Work (SOW), level of effort estimation, and timeline plan
  • Shape and document use cases and outcomes to align with strengths and capabilities of platform
  • Own the outcome and all aspects of project management including task assignment, deliverables, scope, change request management, risk and escalation management
  • Partner with cross functional teams including sales, product, engineering, marketing to deliver successful customer outcomes
  • Act as voice of the customer to the product, engineering, sales and marketing teams

Qualifications

  • 3 years of professional services, customer success, project management or consulting experience
  • Experience with SAAS platform deployments, AWS/Azure Cloud deployments, AI solutions, ML solutions
  • Experience in defining business requirements, scope management, services expansion
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Demonstrated understanding of software implementation process and delivering customer outcomes
  • Demonstrated understanding of change management techniques and methodologies
