IKM-MANNING CSD is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science education and a commitment to fostering student learning and development.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in various science disciplines such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Science
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to create a dynamic learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and support students in their academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and educational initiatives
- Incorporate real-world applications of science concepts into lessons
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Teaching certification or licensure
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting
- Strong knowledge of science subjects including Genetics, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Math, and Differential Equations
- Familiarity with education administration practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Prior experience in higher education teaching is a plus
