Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is hiring attentive, experienced, service-oriented busser for Lunch, Brunch and Dinner. Experience in a full service restaurant is highly desirable. Weekends are a necessary. All new hires go through E-Verify system. Prior experience as a busser, bus person, busboy, food runner, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member and other part time FOH restaurant jobs highly desirable.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform dining room set-up, running side work and closing duties.
* Perform assertively, aggressively and in a friendly manner.
* Assist wait staff, maintains bus stations, restrooms and dish area aggressively.
* Participate in table maintenance and dining room clean up.
* Maintain dining room safety and sanitation.
* Attend all employee meeting and brings suggestions for improvement.
* Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintaining a positive teamwork attitude
* Being able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
* Having a flexible work schedule including weekend availability
Prior experience as a busser, bus person, busboy, food runner, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member and other part time FOH restaurant jobs highly desirable.
