Description

IL2000 is a 3rd party transportation and logistics service provider. IL2000 uses a proprietary transportation management system, customer collaboration, comprehensive logistics engineering, and a robust carrier procurement and partnership process to create seamless and optimized supply chain performance. IL2000 operates the following business segments: freight management; truckload brokerage; international freight forwarding; and freight bill audit & pay. Modes supported include LTL, FTL, and international LCL, FCL and airfreight.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Procurement: managing inventory and order fulfillment for office
  • Best in class customer service with internal and external customers 
  • KPI and metrics: meeting all company standards 
  • Proactively managing all inbound telecommunications directing customers and carriers to the designated departments 
  • Assisting C-Suite in any request/project
  • Trouble shooting issues quickly and effectively to help the customer 
  • Multitasking between multiple systems, with task management for emails  
  • Cross-trains in  additional responsibilities.
  • Maintaining document preservation 
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years in an office environment. 
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated 
  • Strong ability to prioritize work streams effectively under deadlines, with timely execution and resolution      of action items. 
  • Commitment to working in a team  environment with an emphasis on collaboration

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

  •  Talking, hearing, and using hands to use computer equipment 
  •  The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $31,500 - $39,900
