We are seeking a talented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our boundless team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with extensive experience in NetSuite, multi-currency transactions, financial consolidations, and internal controls. This position reports to our Corporate Controller and is hybrid - open to candidates based in Orange County, California.

This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite, multi-currency accounting / reporting according to IFRS, and financial consolidation of 2 entities. The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Controller and work closely with various departments to maintain and enhance the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations on the general ledger side.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data in NetSuite, including multi-currency transactions and consolidations.
- Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring they are in accordance with IFRS.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or CPA certification
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a CPG brand, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive experience with NetSuite is required.
- Strong knowledge of multi-currency accounting and financial consolidation processes.
- Proven experience with financial close processes and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- $100,000-$115,000 USD*
