About:
An AM ranked law firm are currently seeking a mid to junior level associate to join their Investment Management Group in New York, who will represent sponsor and investor clients in a wide range of investment management activities in the US, Europe and other key global markets. They firms leading Investment Management practice have represented many of the largest asset management firms in key activities and transactions for nearly thirty years and is also consistently recognised by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers Best Law Firms and The Legal 500.
Experience:
The ideal candidate must have three to six years' experience in private equity fund work with a high level of academic achievement and experience in the private funds practice of a peer firm is preferred. You must also be licensed in New York or eligible to waive into the New York bar.
