Position Overview
The Correctional Shift Supervisor position serves as a supervisor in IDOC facilities and is a vital position for the custody, control, and safety of all IDOC facilities.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage issues and concerns of staff and individuals in custody to facilitate effective operations of the facility.
