The Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice (IDJJ) is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Business Administrator in IYC Warrenvilles Business Office. This candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. As the Business Administrator, you will oversee IYC Warrenvilles Business Office, which is responsible for maintaining the fiscal needs of the facility including maintaining required supplies for dietary, security, residents, maintenance, and outside contractors. The Business Administrator is also responsible for the safeguard of assets, the trust fund, the resident benefit fund, and the employee benefit fund. The ideal candidate will have experience working with property, inventory, managing staff, budgeting, approving requisitions, and vouchers. We encourage all qualified applicants to apply!
