The Insurance Planning Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice and strategic guidance to clients in the areas of insurance planning, risk management, and financial protection.

The consultant will also stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging products to deliver innovative and effective insurance planning strategies.

Responsibilities

Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.

Attend industry events to network and build relationships.

Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.

Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Attend training and continuing education courses.

Handle customer renewals.

Requirement

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

Ability to achieve high sales targets

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

Must be coachable

Excellent communication skills : written, verbal, and listening

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be motivated and determined
