Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

As an Investment Advisor Representative at INB Wealth, you will have the opportunity to work in a team environment, with clients at all levels - identifying needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and preparing investment recommendations that align with the goals of prospective and existing clients. You will be responsible for developing business through client referrals, proactive prospecting, community and civic involvement, and participation in marketing events.  You will work across a wide spectrum of investments as you help clients manage larger and more complex portfolios. This unique and rewarding opportunity will provide you with the ability to not only build portfolios, but long-term, lasting client relationships.

Competencies                                              

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  •  Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
  • Active Insurance License or the ability to obtain.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship building and client retention.
  • Proficient financial planning, as well as securities and insurance industry knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively develop and present comprehensive wealth strategies to clients.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing market environment.
  • Manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Convert outbound calls and foster partnerships, both internally and externally, that promote qualified lead generation.

Qualifications

At least two years' experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded (including at least one-year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services).

 

Education and/or Experience                                            

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
