Description: Technical Support Analyst, Full Time

Position Summary: This role primarily involves serving as the Senior Helpdesk Technician, responsible for offering advanced support for information technology issues. Additionally, the position entails providing in-person assistance to address and resolve challenges related to computers, peripherals, classroom technologies, phones, audio-visual equipment, and other technology-related matters.
Qualifications: Required: Three years of experience in a technology or support related environment. In-depth knowledge of and practical experience with various software applications, operating systems, networked clients, hardware troubleshooting and audio-visual systems. Must have strong written and verbal communication and training skills and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical users. Ability to learn independently and willingness to participate in additional training when needed. Demonstrated customer relations experience and abilities and organizational skills.
Preferred: Associate degree or higher in a computer or technical related field. Experience providing computer support in an educational environment. Experience with audio-visual control systems. Applicable industry certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certifications. Experience with computer and printer hardware repair. Experience with Active Directory Account Management.
