About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high level of knowledge of our NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM transactions and workflows as necessary to understand the impacts to financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in using Adaptive tools and report writing tools utilized by the core financial systems.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Adaptive system design, particularly as it relates to data flow.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.
• Prepare reporting as necessary to comply with lender reporting requirements and bank covenants.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
• Provide in-depth analysis of financial results and develops narrative around variance analysis to present to key business leaders.
• Interpret financial data and translate information appropriately for non-finance leaders to create transparency and understanding of metrics.
• Drive the month-end internal reporting process and content.
• Prepare board & executive management presentations and reports as required.
• Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls.
• Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.
• Additional ad-hoc projects and analysis as directed by management.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field required.
• At least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• NETSUITE, Salesforce.com, Adaptive Insights applications expertise highly desired.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
