Responsibilities:
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, as a condition of employment, Illuminate requires all employees to be fully vaccinated. An employee is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine or one week after receiving a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine. Illuminate seeks an exceptionally qualified Web Developer to support the Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center.

- Web Developer shall support software and web architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration (with both new and legacy systems)
- Interact with customers and development team to gather and define requirements
- Analyzes and studies customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies to satisfy their needs.
- Proficiency in PHP, JQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap preferred.
- Experience coding hardened web applications to NIST SP 800-53 preferred.
- UI/UX and graphic design experience a must.
- Clearance: Top Secret//SCI
- Polygraph: current Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
- Experience in web site development a must
- Experience working in Linux environment a must
- Proficiency in PHP, JQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap preferred
- Experience developing AWS based infrastructure preferred
- Experience coding hardened web applications to NIST SP 800-53 preferred
- Required Education and Experience

- Associates Degree 10
- Bachelors Degree 8

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, Experience with NIST SP 800-53 a big plus, Experience with Cybersecurity operations, experience developing withing DIA’s Risk Management Framework a big plus.
