In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of content professionals to develop and execute a global content strategy, encompassing everything from editorial planning and creative copywriting to leveraging insights for impactful marketing assets across diverse channels.

Everyday, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to create, manage, and distribute compelling content that aligns with the company's brand voice and meets strategic business objectives, ensuring the content's consistency, engagement, and optimization across all platforms.

Are you a passionate leader and storyteller with experience leading a team of content experts and looking for a great new opportunity? We're looking for a Director, Global Content Strategy with 15 years of relevant experience and 10 years of experience in technology and/or cybersecurity.

The candidate must have experience as team leader developing editorial strategies and calendars, but must also be a strong hands-on content writer.

As Director, Global Content Marketing and Strategy, your primary role will entail working closely with the corporate marketing, comms, PMM, and demand and field marketing teams to create original content to support every channel, audience and stage of the sales funnel. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and crafting content, managing the editorial calendar, maintaining and updating existing assets, collaborating on channel management, and conceptualizing future content needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading creative copywriting and content development across all marketing and communications channels.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to turn insights into marketing assets for various channels, including our website, social media, internal communications, video, etc.

  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to align the vision for collateral, express content in the firm's brand voice and determine the most impactful distribution channels.

  • Partner with external creative agencies to transform written content into engaging graphics and video.

  • Create and execute the company's editorial calendar, which will encompass diverse forms of thought leadership throughout the year, such as blogs, reports, contributed articles, videos, podcasts, and other media.

  • Independently drive cross functional projects to completion, while providing regular reports on the success and reach of individual pieces of content.

  • Creating content for branding and demand marketing that feed digital efforts, thought leadership, and product messaging.

  • Developing and managing data-driven written content and editorial strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders across the firm to drive strategic business priorities.

  • Assisting in corporate communications where needed.

  • Providing strategic direction for creating and distributing impactful content, such as videos, podcasts, and articles, to optimize messaging for key audiences across multiple channels.

  • Using web and social analytics to improve content strategies.

  • Overseeing content production and drafting across all platforms.

  • Ensuring content is consistent with messaging and brand positioning

  • Possesses a strategic mindset with the ability to align creative content with overall business objectives and brand strategy.


Experience:

  • 15 years of relevant experience (and 5 years management), including, but not limited to, journalism or content-heavy marketing work.

  • Accomplished team leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and guide a group of experienced individuals.

  • Exceptional storytelling capability with superior written communication skills.

  • Team-oriented collaborator who brings unique ideas and proactive approach, and can confidently express and support their viewpoint.

  • Highly organized self-starter able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills, receptive to change and willing to scale with a high growth business.

Pay Range:

$ 200,000.00USD - $ 240,000.00USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
