Job Posting for Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator at IMA North America Inc
Job Summary:
The Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for market research, qualifying leads and creation of marketing tools. This position will also be involved in supporting trade show activities. This role requires a self motivated individual who works well in a team environment and enjoys taking a proactive approach.
Job Duties:
Market research to develop and qualify sales leads for the IMA NA product line. This includes cold calling of targeted leads.
Work closely with the sales team to provide and follow up on qualified leads
Coordination of Marketing tools (photos, videos, presentations, literature etc.) with IMA HQ Marketing department
Work with local video, photo, graphic design resources to develop marketing materials
Monitor industry and competitor news and marketing information and provide relevant updates to management and the sales teams
Support Trade Show activities
Develop and coordinate targeted promotional campaigns
Able to travel to attend Trade Shows (up to 4 weeks per year)
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong team player
3 years or more of experience in a similar role; ideally in Automated Machines
Professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work in a team environment
Education/ Experience:
BS in Business or Marketing preferred
3 years or more of experience in a similar role; ideally in Automated Machines
Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity to use a keyboard.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Able to hear and speak clearly in person and over the phone.
May be required to occasionally work early or late for trade shows or to meet deadlines.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs.
Ability to travel by air and ground transportation.
