Responsibilities & Qualifications
We are seeking a Route Specialist to join our fantastic team!
Pay: $26.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Enhanced opportunity to advance to a Customer Advocate
Health/Vision/Dental within 60 days
401K at 30 Days
- Manage customer inventory
- Support District Service Manager
- Provide route relief to cover Route Driver's vacations, call outs, reroutes and additional volume
- Make special deliveries to customers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen
- Must be computer literate
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Some delivery, logistics and/or route experience
- Communication: Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face
- One year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
