Data Analyst (Contract)

Note:

This position is a contract role and is projected to last approximately 3-4 months.

What You'll Do: 

As a Data Analyst (Contract) at Imagine Pediatrics, you will be responsible for uncovering insights on how to effectively reach, engage, and provide care for members with Imagine Pediatrics. This critical role will focus on Imagine Pediatrics’ teams with the information and analytic tools they need to connect the country’s most complex kids and their caretakers to ensure they know support and care is available. The role will dive deep into our data to explore and present insights, as well as work collaboratively with teams to build out sustainable solutions as we scale.   

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership by building and utilizing models, dashboards, and analytic tools to distill and communicate key insights in a clear and concise manner in response to ad-hoc requests .
• Build high-quality analytic tools to ensure teammates have the most timely and complete information. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the data is used appropriately.  
• Collaborate as part of a team to drive analyses and insights that lead to more informed decisions and improved business performance 
• Collaborate with the product, engineering, and data teams to help develop new tools and capabilities to improve outreach and engagement.

• 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare 
• Solid SQL experience and the ability to build analytic tools quickly for actionable insights 
• Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools is preferred, with the ability to tell stories with data 
• Strong communication skills 
• Experience with Snowflake nice to have 
• Experience working in a start-up or hypergrowth environment required; healthcare experience preferred
