High School Diploma or GED, Actively enrolled in a Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or similar graduate or undergraduate program.
Qualifications
- Experience using an eLearning Authoring tool, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Ability to perform video and graphics editing
- Familiar with ADDIE Instructional Design model
- Familiar with principles of Adult Learning Theory
- High level of initiative and enthusiasm
- Ability to exhibit high level of confidentiality
- Ability to learn and apply new materials quickly
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Essential Duties
- Assist in development of instructional videos using Camtasia
- Assist in the development and deployment of SCORM based e-learning content, using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
- Assist in test item creation
- Development of training materials for Instructor-Led courses, based on existing eLearning courses
- Assist the L&D team with entering data and courses into ImagineLearning LMS
- Other duties as assigned
