What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Project Coordinator position at Imarc?
Imarc is looking for an Associate Project Coordinator to help our project managers plan, build, and deliver award-winning websites. This is a full-time position open at our Amesbury, MA, office, remote work is available.
Our Needs:
The Associate Project Coordinator works with and assists the production team, primarily focusing on internal tasks, note-taking, QA, client communication, ticket management, and ensuring team members have what they need.
We're looking for someone who is detail oriented, hard-working, self motivated, and highly organized. A problem solver at heart with the ability to be analytical and creative with their approach to complex situations and projects.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite
- High energy/high sense of urgency/fast-paced and can think on his/her feet
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working as a team player in a start-up environment where no job is too small
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external functional teams verbally, in writing, and via presentations
While we're almost entirely remote right now, and will continue to offer remote work as an option, we'd very much like to have someone who is able to come into the office a couple days a week when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help create and execute project notes, agendas and QA work.
- Create tasks for the team so everyone is working efficiently.
- Understand the business requirements of client projects.
- Understand and assist with accurate billing of projects.
- Assist with submitting and reviewing billable hours for all work on the team.
