In order to keep our trading strategies best in class, they have to be executed with the lowest possible latencies. We achieve this by using custom hardware designs that we optimize to the theoretical minimum. As a high-speed digital design engineer you are working in close cooperation with our FPGA and performance engineering teams. You are owning and pro-actively driving the full life-cycle of the hardware design from requirements collection through design to production roll-out. Responsibilities: Collecting board level requirements Creating implementation concepts Selecting components Schematics and PCB layout design Managing and coordinating suppliers for component sourcing, PCB manufacturing and assembly Board bring up and testing Profile: 5 years of experience in high-speed digital circuit design 5 years of experience in PCB layout (e.g. Allegro, Altium Designer, Mentor) Experience in signal integrity, EMC/EMI Skilled in hands-on use of lab test and measurement equipment Experience with PCIe and Multi-Gigabit Ethernet is a plus Experience with FPGA and ASIC integration (I/O planning, I/O standards) is a plus OUR HIRING PROCESS To set you up for success, you can find our hiring process including tips on applying and interviewing with us on our website.
