What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at IMCO?
IMCO Construction has an immediate need for an Office Assistant to work out of its Lewiston, Idaho construction job site. This is a part time, hourly position, that will have many duties including, but not limited to;
- Invoice sorting
- Timecard review and processing
- Office clean up, on the construction site
- Local errands (post office, Costco, grocery store, etc.)
- Check-ins and cleaning of crew houses
The ideal candidate may have an office/admin background but doesn't shy away from janitorial type of work and doesn't mind running daily errands. Entry to intermediate level computer skills are needed for email, invoicing and printing.
We are fairly flexible on the working shifts, and days of the week, but Monday and Tuesday are ideal. We anticipate this position working 15-20 hours a week /- with an hourly wage of $18-$22 based on experience.
