Location: San Jose, CA 95116
Job Type: Contract - 13 weeks
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the cardiovascular operating room, including assessing patients' physical and emotional status before surgery.
Assist in the preparation and positioning of patients for cardiovascular procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure all necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and sterile.
Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to anesthesia during surgery, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the surgical team.
Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and blood products as directed by the surgeon or anesthesiologist.
Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Assist with the insertion and management of invasive lines, such as arterial lines and central venous catheters.
Qualifications /Skills :
ADN required
BSN Preferred
BLS
ACLS
3 years CVOR experience and regular ORexperience
CVOR with scrub and circulator experience is ideal
Salary Range: $55 - $65Per Hours

Schedule: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
