What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telemetry RN position at IMCS Group?
Completes subjective and objective assessment, formulates working and differential diagnoses, plans therapies and evaluates and analyzes patient responses as documents in H&P, daily progress notes, transfer notes, provider notes
Closely monitoring a small caseload of patients
Taking vital signs, administering medication, and rendering daily wound care
Maintaining patient clinical records
Keeping ahead of changing techniques in critical care nursing and maintaining high expertise in critical care
Create an environment in which autonomy is nurtured and encouraged in highly competent staff
Promote professional interdisciplinary collaboration and encourage teamwork to improve the health and wellness of patients
Uphold policies and procedures, service excellence standards, and regulatory compliance
Work together with members of an interdisciplinary healthiness team to plan, put into practice, organize and appraise patient care in discussion with patients and their families.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,528.00 per week
