We are seeking an experienced Research Scientist/Research Scientist II to conduct bioconjugation studies and contribute to our mission.
Position Summary: As a Bioconjugation Research Scientist/Research Scientist II at Immunome, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in our research and development efforts through optimization and delivery of ADCs. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and contribute valuable insights in bioconjugation to advance our pipeline of biopharmaceuticals and therapeutic products.
Key Responsibilities:
Research Design and Execution:
· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan experiments aimed at advancing ADC drug discovery projects.
· Independently execute laboratory experiments, following established protocols and ensuring the highest standards of scientific rigor.
· Optimize processes to increase efficiency and throughput.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
· Analyze experimental data using a variety of standard ADC techniques.
· Interpret results and draw meaningful conclusions to guide decision-making.
Project Collaboration:
· Collaborate with colleagues from diverse scientific disciplines to achieve project goals.
· Participate in project team meetings, providing expertise and insights to drive projects forward.
Continuous Learning and Development:
· Stay informed about the latest advancements in the field of bioconjugation.
· Proactively seek opportunities for professional development and contribute to the scientific growth of the research team.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry with a focus on drug development.
Other Experience and Skills:
· Demonstrated experience in ADC bioconjugation techniques.
· Knowledge of analytical techniques, purification methods, and characterization of bioconjugates.
· Experience in ADC development, antibody engineering, and protein modification is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate scientific concepts to non-scientific stakeholders.
· Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
