What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at IMO'S PIZZA?
We are seeking a Kitchen Staff to join our dedicated team! You will assist where you are needed in the pizza parlor. We have three different stations in which you might be placed: Pizza maker, front counter/customer service, and salad table (includes appetizers, pastas, and sandwiches). Eventually you will learn everything, but at your own pace.
Pay:
- Starting at $13.00, but you will also receive cash tips. For example, if you made $25 in tips and, you would be making $19.25 an hour for a 5:00-9:00 shift.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare served menu items
- Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items ,appearance, and portions
- Follow standard recipes
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
- Follow posted rules
- Treat customers with respect
Qualifications: (None required, but these will help)
- Restaurant experience
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in teams
