What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Impact Analytical?
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all aspects of project work. They are responsible for aligning project work with strategy and delivering the project, and working closely with upper management and business development to make sure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. The Project Manager is the point of contact for the project team and client and ensures all projects comply with Element standards and guidelines.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

· Arranges assignments, analyzes the course of the project
· Reports project status to the management and stakeholders
· Works to support the Technical Lead
· Covers team coordination and maintains systems and processes, tracking, etc.
· Supports execution of projects against the contracted scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders using the agreed upon project toolset.
· Monitors resources availability and allocation
· Assists in the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors.
· Supports communication across the internal teams
· Coordinates Client communications, schedules meetings, records minutes.
· Identifies obstacles and project risks, and supports resolution activities. Reports and escalates to management as needed.
· Uses appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
· Supports resolution of financial queries that are raised, including timely escalation if extra budget is needed.
· Ensures that relevant management information is captured and analyzed, per systems and processes
· Ability to motivate team, resolve conflicts
· Able to analyze and use data to make decisions that affect the project
· Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
· React calmly under pressure.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
