Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture has an immediate opening for a CRM Training Specialist for an 12-month Contract .

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)
- Assists in planning, development and delivery of training programs that support client performance and change goals.
- Performs administrative tasks in support of training staff in the delivery.
- Schedules clients, trainers and facilities.
- Helps evaluate training program performance, including analysis of testing and client feedback and prepares reports.
- Requires advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio), strong verbal and written communication abilities and attention to detail .
Requirements
- Strong training, organizational, change management, program or project management and communication skills preferred.
- Experience in medical device or equivalent environment preferred.
- Experience in ERP (JD Edwards or SAP) or other IT system programs (Salesforce, Pricing, Commissions, Inventory) preferred.
