Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a 18 month Contract .

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Process returns for all items returned from the field.
  • Manage the tool shipment and processing upon return.
  • Record receiving transactions in the service ERP and Salesforce.
  • Decontaminate all required items returning from the field.
  • Shipping and receiving field service items to vendors.
  • Prepare shipping documents that are required for domestic and international shipments.
  • Enter shipping transactions in the database for field service.
  • Moving tracking and handling materials and products as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM highly desired!
  • High School Diploma required.
