Join our team at CTC Crushing! We're searching for a dedicated season leader who is passionate about maintenance to lead our maintenance team in Las Vegas. CTC is part of a family of companies that have been in business for 27 years, is debt free and has 4 quarries in the Las Vegas Area. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance team in day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment checks.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet production goals and minimize downtime.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with management on maintenance projects for production optimization.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in crusher maintenance (jaws/cones/VSI).
  • Previous supervisory experience in a surface mining environment (2 years).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate effectively.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Dedication to safety and team development.
