What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Impact Graphix LLC.?
Looking for an experienced Administrative assistant familiar with all aspects of Inuit Quick Books, Excel & Word or equivalent. Responsibilities include scheduling, project preparation,daily account reconciliation, new customer entry, new employee entry, invoicing, receiving payments, payroll, administrative assistant to the CEO, etc. We are a family of fast-paced, growing businesses. Other responsibilities would include answering the phone, sorting and sending mail, answering and checking emails. Job comes with PTO after first 90 days. Rate of pay commensurate to experience level.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
