My client, a Global Automation Manufacturer and a leader in its target market is seeking an Assembly / Production Supervisor to lead a production team dedicated to the assembly of their custom capital equipment products. The Supervisor will schedule and direct the work of Union employees in the Manufacturing area to support production schedules and manufacturing goals. This 1st Shift position is open due to promotion. No off-shift work.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 3 years of supervisory / leadership experience involving the production assembly of complex machinery in a job shop environment - low volume custom assembly production. At least 5 to 10 years of overall experience.
- Must have prior experience working in a Unionized Manufacturing Environment.
- A B.S. and/or A.A.S. degree in business administration or engineering is preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience working in a Lean / Six Sigma manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
COMP: $70K to $80K base salary depending on experience 7% Annual bonus and Paid Overtime - straight time over 45 hours per week.
