Job Title: Family Medicine/ Primary Care Physician
Location: Foley, Alabama
Salary: We are offering a comprehensive financial package for a Family Medicine/ Primary Care Physician, including a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines, incentive bonus based on WRUVs, commencement/signing bonus, medical education debt assistance, residency/fellowship stipend (if applicable), relocation expenses, CME, vacation, health, dental, vision benefits, licensure, dues, subscriptions, quality bonuses (metrics TBD), tenure bonuses and mid-level supervision compensation.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified Family Medicine/ Primary Care Physician to join our practice in Foley, Alabama. The position may be traditional or 100% outpatient, with hospitalists taking all inpatient call, rounding, etc. The successful candidate will be able to provide quality care in a patient-centered environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care for hospitalized and ambulatory patients
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Perform minor medical procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Provide preventive care and health education to patients
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine/ Primary Care
• Valid state medical license
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to maintain professional working relationships
• Commitment to delivering quality patient care

Experience and Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a similar setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to multitask effectively
