Duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
- Utilizing Revit to create Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Utilizing software to determining heating and air conditioning loads
- Designing HVAC Systems
- Determining the required HVAC equipment for each project
- Interacting with suppliers and customers
- Traveling to customer sites when needed
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- Two years of mechanical HVAC systems engineering design experience
- Possess the ability to travel to customer sites when needed
- Possess a solid work history
- Being a US citizen or green card holder
- Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
